Requirements
Hyper Kidz is a safe, clean, and exciting indoor playground for children Westchase families love, and we have a few important guidelines in place to ensure a great experience for all guests:
- Everyone is required to wear socks at Hyper Kidz. Bare feet or shoes are not allowed! (Children with special needs are not required to wear socks.)
- Signed waivers are required for ALL guests entering the facility, whether participating or not.
- No outside food is allowed (sorry no exceptions).
- Our facility is designed specifically as an indoor playground for children Westchase parents can trust, with all play zones created for children ages 13 and under.
- “Mini Zone” is designated for babies, crawlers, and toddlers ages 2 and under.
- “Kidz Zone” is designed for children ages 2–7.
- “Big Kid Zone” is designated for children ages 3–13 (younger children may enter if accompanied by an adult).
- No drop-offs! Parental supervision is required at all times.
- No food is allowed inside the play zones.
- Hyper Kidz is a nut-free facility.
- Exit and re-entry are subject to facility capacity.
